Meet Dr. John Baker

Dr. John Baker brings a strong foundation in science, innovation, and patient care to Norwick Orthodontics. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Dr. Baker’s journey into orthodontics began with a passion for problem-solving and a drive to make a lasting impact.

From leading his high school’s first robotics team to developing research in 3D-printed orthodontic technology, Dr. Baker combines clinical excellence with forward-thinking ideas to help patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.

During his time at Buffalo, Dr. Baker received a research grant from the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation for his innovative capstone thesis.

His project involved designing and 3D printing customized orthodontic brackets and testing their effectiveness in space closure within the Dental Materials Laboratory at the University at Buffalo.

He presented preliminary findings at Student Research Day and shared advanced data at the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists annual meeting.
