Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is separate from general dental coverage. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your plan to determine your benefits and will be happy to file your claims once treatment has started.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance acts as an aid toward paying your fees. It is important that you notifiy us of any changes to your insurance while treatment is in progress so that we can be sure you obtain your maximum benefit. If your insurance terminates before it pays all the benefit we anticipate, you will be responsible for the balance.
